This website presents Rotus, a product designed by Vulu Design, and lets you join a waitlist and contact us. It is an information and pre-launch site. By using the site you accept these terms.
Joining the waitlist is free and places you under no obligation. It is not an order, a reservation, or a purchase contract, and it does not guarantee that a unit will be available to you, or that any particular price, specification, or delivery date will apply. A sale is formed only when you later place an order that we confirm.
We keep product information, prices, and timelines as accurate as we can, but they are provisional and may change as the product is finalised. Images and renders are illustrative. Nothing on the site is a warranty or a binding offer.
The Rotus name, the content of this site, its images and text, and the patent-pending design are owned by Vulu Design. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
The GG Grant program is offered at our discretion, subject to its own eligibility criteria and to the number of units available. Applying does not guarantee an award.
Do not use the site unlawfully, do not submit false information in the forms, and do not attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorised access to it.
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Vulu Design is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on provisional information on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes are subject to the Istanbul (Anadolu) courts and enforcement offices.
